Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Clear photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item

Once we review your request, we’ll determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for sizing or style preferences on made-to-order products. Please check the sizing chart and product details before completing your purchase.

If you receive the wrong item or a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us so we can help.

Refunds

Refunds are considered for eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect orders. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed upon as part of an approved resolution.

Order Cancellations

Because orders may begin production shortly after purchase, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled or changed once processing or production has begun.
